3. UGC (User Generated Content) – encouraging customers to share photos, which increases awareness and builds trust with your audience that people are using your product or service

 

4. Tagging locations, brands/suppliers & other businesses where appropriate

 

5. Using stories to connect with existing followers and reels to connect with new customers

 

6. Taking advantage of analytics and connecting up with your website Google Analytics to track visitors and conversions 

 

7. Giveaways & promotions. Tip: why not try collaborating with a supplier who may be able to help you fund your giveaway whilst also giving them the spotlight
